Manufacturing Capabilities

Dendritech has a custom-designed plant in Midland, Michigan, which includes both a kilo laboratory and a bulk facility for manufacturing PAMAM dendrimers. Dendritech's facility is the only commercial manufacturing plant in the world specifically designed to produce PAMAM dendrimers.These facilities have built-in flexibility to meet a variety of customer needs. Dendrimers with varying mono-dispersity and surface functionality can be supplied at a commercial scale.

Manufacturing operations utilize semi-automated process instrumentation and advanced analytical techniques to assure reliable supply and consistent product quality.

From raw materials through each individual successive half-generation and full generation, detailed analytical documentation is reviewed and maintained to assure the highest quality products. Dendritech also recycles much of it's starting materials to create very low waste from our production facility.

Our technical staff will work closely with customers to tailor products specific to their application requirements.
