Pricing & Ordering
Dendritech manufactures and sells ethylenediamine-core poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimers in a series of generations with several surface functional groups in diagnostic or technical grades.
Technical grade dendrimers are designed for larger-scale applications and contain higher levels of coproducts, e.g. dimers and lower generations.
Since PAMAM dendrimers are highly viscous oils and are difficult to handle as neat polymers, they are supplied in either methanol or water solutions. We currently sell PAMAM dendrimers with the following surface functional groups:
(a) Primary amine - G0 through G10
(b) Hydroxyl - G2 through G10
(c) Carboxylate sodium salt - G0.5 through G9.5 (denoted as half-generations)
(d) C12 hydrophobe G2 through G6-NH2
(e) PAMAMOS-TMOS Organosilicon surface- G0 through G7 in IPA solution
(f) Technical Grade - G0 through G4 with amine surface
(g) Mixed amine/hydroxyl surface - G2 through G6 (available as special order only)
PAMAM dendrimers are available directly from Dendritech, Inc. with some minimum order quantities required. Smaller research quantities of the following products are available (in methanol solvent only) from Sigma-Aldrich. Aqueous solutions must be ordered directly from Dendritech. All of our PAMAM Dendrimer products have a shelf life of two years from date of manufacture if stored at 5 degrees C or below. How to Order
To order from Dendritech, fax your purchase order to us at (989) 496-2051 or email us. State the quantity, generation, surface functional group, and solvent (methanol or water). PAMAMOS Dendrimers are moisture sensitive and are not available in water solution. A 10% surcharge is added for water solutions. For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, we add a $75 shipping and handling charge per order. For shipments to outside of the United States and Canada, we add a shipping and handling charge of $150. We accept payment by check, credit card or blank wire transfer.
